How you can support my blog!

I am so grateful to all of you, the readers, for having visited my page. When I started my blog, I promised myself that when each post gets read five times, I will write the next post. This blog took off beyond my wildest imagination, and if I stick to my original promise, I will have to write continuously, and I will still not have enough time to write!

That being said, if you really like what you see here, and you'd like to go a little bit beyond to support me, here are a few things that you can do (in order of importance!)

1. Leave a comment!

I love reading the comments from the readers. It often gives me ideas for my next post, and it serves as a very useful feedback. If you're confused about something I said in the post, please leave a comment. It helps me grow as a writer. If you really liked something that I did, leave a comment, as I will definitely do that again :) Even a simple "interesting post!" is a huge encouragement, as it means that you took some time out of your busy schedule to do something for me. If you have never maintained a blog, you will never understand just how much these comments mean to me, more than anything else that you can possibly do!

2. Read another post

It is a huge compliment to the writer inside me, to know that you enjoyed my blog enough to try another article. When I first started blogging, it gave me such pride in my heart to realize that a reader visited my blog, read one article, then moved onto a second article. Now I have too many visitors to really tell whether my visitors are doing this, but it still gives me great joy to see that my older blog posts are still being read :)

3. Share my blog, and subscribe

I have a Twitter account (which is, admittedly, not very interesting!) that you can follow and retweet! It mostly serves as a notification, but it gets the word out when you retweet. You can also share my blog with your friends who are interested in Korea, or in online Korean forums that you frequent, and it would mean a lot to know that someone likes my blog enough to vouch for it. It also increases readership, and when more people visit my blog, I feel more motivated to write my next post! You can also subscribe to my blog using the link Here

4. Whitelist my blog

I do run some ads on my blog; while I know that you're annoyed by the annoying online ads, I can promise you that my ads will never be invasive. I earn almost nothing from running these ads, which is ok because I do have a day job! It also means that I don't need to place these ads in invasive places to drive up my revenue, because I would be ok even if I earned nothing from this blog. But the small amounts that I am able to earn is a further proof that someone appreciates my blog, so I would really appreciate it if you could turn off your adblock for my website!

5. Buy me a coffee

If you have done all of the above, and would still like to do something nice for me, you can make a small donation so that I can go buy myself a cup of coffee the next time I'm in a cafe. A lot of these blog posts do get written up in cafes, so you would be directly contributing to my blog (and quite literally, fuel my blog). But of course, don't feel pressured to donate. As I've said before, I earn enough from my day job to support myself, and you should take care of yourself first! But if you feel like it, a small encouragement would definitely make my day! You can buy me a coffee by clicking the link below:

And that's about all the ways that I can think of for you to support my blog. Thanks for reading, and I hope you continue to visit my blog! And thank you so much for your support. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all this!
